Actress Aparna Balamurali reacts to public misbehavior The incident took place during an event organized at Ernakulam Law College as part of the promotion of the film Thangam Enna starring Vineeth Sreenivasan and Aparna.

The student, who came on stage to present flowers to the actress, grabbed Aparna’s hand, pulled her up and then made her sit on her shoulder. Soon Aparna got away with it. Then Aparna says, ‘What, this is not a law college.’
Aparna was accompanied on the dais by actor Vineeth Sreenivasan, music director Bijibal and others.

The video of the incident has gone viral on social media. In the video, another student apologizes to Aparna for the girl’s behavior and later the youth comes on stage and says that he didn’t do anything intentionally and was just trying to take a photo as he was a fan. It is also seen in the video that he tries to shake hands with Aparna and the actress refuses.

Directed by Shaheed Arafat under the banner of Bhavana Studios, Thangam will release on January 26. The film also has the distinction of making Marathi actor and screenwriter Girish Kulkarni, well known to Malayalam audiences through notable Bollywood films such as Dangal and Ugly, enter Malayalam cinema for the first time.

The cinematography of the film is done by Gautam Shankar. Music by Bijibal, editing by Kiran Das and art direction by Gokul Das, sound design by Ganesh Marar and make-up by Ronax Xavier.

The film stars Biju Menon and Vineeth as young men who make gold ornaments and deliver them to jewellers. The film also stars Vineet Thattil, Srikanth Murali, Kochupreman and others in lead roles. The trailer of the film, which released on the second day, grabbed attention.
