Thank you for making the theater housefull in Kashmir after 32 years; Theater owners thanked Shah Rukh Khan

Srinagar: Shah Rukh Khan’s film Pathan, which hit the theaters yesterday, has got tremendous success and is still continuing. The film entered the 100 crore club on the very day of its release.

The film is getting good response from different parts of the country. Meanwhile, cinema owners from Kashmir have come to thank Shahrukh Khan.

The theater owners of Kashmir are thanking Shahrukh Khan for making the theaters of Kashmir full house after 32 years. Theater chain Inox has thanked Shahrukh.

Cinema theaters reopened in the Kashmir Valley in September 2022 after being closed for thirty years due to terrorist threats and attacks. The first film to be screened was Laal Singh Chaddha starring Aamir Khan.

The film starred Deepika Padukone opposite Shah Rukh Khan. The film was directed by Siddharth Anand, touted as a spy thriller.

The box office collection of the film shows that even though there was a call for boycott against the film, people thronged the theaters regardless.
