Mukundan Unni full negative, no thanks to Avon, where is the audience going – Evala Babu

Mukundan Unni full of negativities, thanks to no one, where are the audience going: Evala Babu

Actor Evala Babu criticized Vineeth Sreenivasan starrer Mukundan Unni Associates. Iwala Babu said that the entire film is negative and he does not know how it got the censorship certificate. Iwala Babu said that the director was confident that the film would run and was wondering where the audience was going.

This remark of Iwala Babu was made during a discussion on the topic of cinema and writing in connection with Vidhan Sabha International Book Festival.

A film named ‘Mukundan Unni’ has come here. I don’t know how it got censored. Because it is completely negative. The film begins with the words “We Have No Thanks”. I am not repeating the dialogues in the climax. Here the language spoken by the heroine cannot be used. This film is completely negative. So a film played here. Who has been devalued? For the audience or for the filmmakers?

This is one film where the producer got benefited. I can’t think of a movie like that. I called Vineet Srinivasan and asked about this. This story was narrated to about seven heroes. No one was ready. But Vineet cannot escape. Because the film was directed by Vineet’s assistant.

The director was confident that this film would work. Ahwala Babu said, “Rather than criticizing where the film is going, I am more surprised to see where the audience is going.”

Directed by Abhinav Sundar Nayak, Mukundan Unni Associates released last November 11. This film, which has reached the dark humor zone, got a good response from the audience. Other characters were played by Arsh Chandni Baiju, Tanvi Ram, Suraj Wengermood and Sudhi Koppa.
