He ate shawarma and mayonnaise and ended up in hospital, where he spent Rs 70,000 for treatment; Director Alphonse Putran says

Director Alphonse Putra recounts his life’s tragedy of eating stale food in the context of a nurse’s death due to food poisoning at a hotel in Kottayam.

Alphonse says he developed a serious health problem after eating shawarma and mayonnaise from a shop in Aluva 15 years ago and spent Rs 70,000 for his treatment.

Shawarma and mayonnaise gobbled down with great trepidation. The next day, due to severe pain in the stomach, he got treated at Lakeshore Hospital. Alphonse said that my parents had spent Rs 70,000 on my treatment that day.

Alphons said this through a social media post. Alphonse’s words are-

Film critics and trolls, you make videos on such issues. Fifteen years ago I had shawarma from a shop in Aluva. This was Sharafuddin’s treatment that day.

Shawarma and mayonnaise gobbled down with great trepidation. The next day, due to severe pain in the stomach, he got treated at Lakeshore Hospital. My parents had spent 70000 rupees on my treatment that day.

I was in the MCU section of the hospital. I also got unnecessarily angry with Sharfuddin. But the cause of my condition was old contaminated food.

Who is the real culprit here? Open your eyes and see what is true. Life is precious.- the famous Alphonse. Alphons said in the comment that people like Justice Devan Ramachandran should take strict action for this.

A new ministry named Food Security should come. For that a new Kittilam food inspection team should be started and work should be done from Keram itself. Everyone should sell only good food. Need money to eat.

Along with good studies, good food is also necessary to earn money. For that all parents work hard and spend money to buy food.

So a decision has to be taken in this regard. That day my father and mother begged for scissors from relatives, friends and moneylenders and as they hoped that my parents would somehow return it, they saved my life by giving Rs 70,000 to the good doctors there.

Had it happened today, it would have been at least seven lakh rupees. This Rs 70,000 came as a surprise. I can’t believe everyone will always be amazed like this,” says Alphonse Putra.
