The film is jointly produced by Kishore Varyat for UFI Motion Pictures, Sudhish Pillai for Lakshmi Nath Creations and Shibu Anthikad for Celebrates.
The worldwide distribution of the film was handled by Lyca Productions, a well-known Tamil film production and distribution company.
